CANCELLATION POLICY
The spa services you have selected are specifically reserved for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment or a 60% charge will be automatically billed. Thank you for your consideration.
ACCESSIBILITY
We do not have wheelchair access to our spa. However, we do offer mobile massages and come to you!

Just a gentle reminder: We focus on natural nails and currently don't offer services for gel, shellac, or acrylic nails, including application or removal. If you come in for a manicure or pedicure with these products on, we can either proceed without removal or, as per our policy, a 60% late cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and always strive to give you the best service possible.
We also like to let you know that your journey to wellness is about to get a personal touch. Our space is designed to be straightforward and focused on your treatments, so while we don't offer robes or private waiting areas, every moment is dedicated to your well-being. We’re located on the second floor, and we don’t have an elevator, but we believe those extra steps contribute to the overall wellness experience. Our goal is to make you feel your absolute best, focusing on effective, individualized treatments. See you soon!

Direct billing is available for most insurance companies. Please notify us prior to your appointment if you would like us to direct bill.
We would need the following information to complete the procedure:
- Insurance card (policy/group# & member I.D).
- Birth date
- If you are not the insured member, we will need their name and birth date.
